It's been 10+ years since I hit one. Just got one and damn I hope I was better before lol. Any tips?? I plan on working it into my workout routine. How long should I hit it each day??
BTW if your any good at, how long did it take you to get good at it?

I hit mine till It hurts to keep my arms up. Then I take a break and go back for more. I am ok at it by no means am I Roy Jones Jr I taught myself from watcching You Tube to be honest. Thats actually how I learned to tie a tie as well. lol
