I think Ross has the heart, but needs to polish up on his MMA skills. The guy has a solid standup game. Just needs to sharpen up his ground game. He did make a statement in TUF 3

I was very surprised to see Ross at 170 but he looks about the same size to me, i was also dissapointed to see him get subbed. oh well, whater you gonna do?
