i just would like to know if there is a wager on a fight between two people, guy one has the fight ending in round one and guy two has the fight ending in round two, and say the fight ends in round three or goes to a decision, is the bet a push or what?

As per just above the wager box on the send wager page
If you wish to perform a more specific wager, select both the winner and the fight details. In a wager like this, if neither party guesses both the winner and the details, the wager amount will be returned to each user.
