Elliptical 30 Minutes
50 push ups
6" leg raises hold for a min (can't think of the name right now)
What is your goal. Tone up or to build strength. From what you have now it looks like you are trying to tone up. If that's the goal then looks good. also there are many websites you can go to for help just do a search for workout routines
Thanks yeah I'll take a look around I can never seem to get myself into a good routine. I'm looking to really build up my core strength and tone up as well.
