super nintendo - earthworm jim
ps2 - GOD OF WAR (at least til part two comes out next week)

I forgot about Turbo Grafix 16! I also had Turbo CD. Best for Turbo Grafix was probably Dual Racer Pro, or whatever it was called. For Turbo CD my favorite was some side-scrolling game with a jet that shot lazers.

Am I the only one who had a Sega MasterSystem?? It was awesome, had two games built in, with the sweet maze game hidden.
Sega Mastersystem: California GAmes (how has nobody listed this, I know they had it on NES)
Sega Genesis: NHL 98, they brought the fights back for this one. 93 and 92 are a close second and third
PS1 - Metal Gear Solid (with NFL gameday 98, and tomb raider 2 coming close, as well as gran tourismo 2)
PS2 - The whole Socom series. Mainly the Online features. So much fun. (Madden 06, and NFL 2k5 were also great games)
Thats all the systems I have owned. We always went with Sega over Nintendo simply because the sports games were miles ahead of the nintendo ones.

Final Fantasy VII + VIII
Both massive games, totally brought RPGs into the 3D era. Amazing plots, characters, enemies, bosses, locations, music. Total perfection in gaming form. They should be remade with current technology.
