Carry a 10 pound dumbell in each hand when you weigh in...problem solved.

I posted this in another thread so I will just paste it here. If you have a super fast metabolism. Eat every 2 hours. stop 3 hours before bed.

Just
1. eat- minimum of 5 meals a day 3 hours a part ( more if you have a fast metabolism) with at least 35 grams of protein each meal Also eat at east one raw fruit and vegetable with each meal . A healthy grain serving with each meal-no processed foods ever.
2. Lift heavy -3 sets of 3 with the heaviest weight you can use and do 2 forced reps and 2 negatives on the last set of each compound core exercise
3. Drink -at least 1 gallon water per hundred pounds of bodyweight.
4. Rest- Do each body part once a week as hard as you can. Don't lift it again for 7 days. Sleep 8 hours a day and if you can take a half hour nap 8 hours after you wake.
I was a powerlifter/personal trainer for a long time. Mass was my business
This is the best safest way to build long term muscle mass

Why exactly do you want to gain? My judo partner (who is your size, and hopefully youll also train with) has the same complex...

It's never a good idea to gain weight to fit into a certain weight class...

i agree but i think 155 is a good weight for my hight n 20lbs would give me a bit more strength without taking any speed

Its not good to go up in weight when you could do better at your natural weight. Look at most of the TUF fighters for example hardly any of them stayed at the weight that they were at on the show, they cut weight and now they're doing good.(ex. Diego Sanchez, Kenny Florian)

there are alot of guys that do good after gaining too tho. what i was sayin was at 5'10" i would fit in with 155lbsers. if i was 5'6" i would not try to gain

Ok I can see why you could gain weight. You would be about the average size of a LW if you do gain. Just make sure you gain muscle and not fat.

Don't base your height as the reason for gaining weight. I'm about 5'6'' and I'm just under 200lbs right now, I couldnt drop to 155 to save my life.

at 5'6" 200lbs, u'll have a major reach disadvantage in mma more than not. in my case i think i can afford to gain a bit n still b ok in that area. thats y im basing where i want my weight on my hieght. if i was 6'2" 135lbs i would aim higher than 155lbs
