what weight should i fight at>?

hey guys im lookin to fight in the summer for my first time but im not sure what weight i want...im 6'1 6'2 and am a natural 155 i almost want to cut down to 145 but my buddys say 135...what do you guys think?
...and how should i work out like what muscles what days

If your walking Weight is 155 than don't cut past 145 because if you're 6'2 than you don't have that much Body Fat to loose and if you cut down to 135 then it's not good for your body.

Also if you're inexperienced at cutting weight you might want to make your 1st fight 155. Only if you're inexperienced, cause weight cutting does help but only if you do it right. Being 6'2 you should still have a size advantage at 155.

135 would be bad news, you could probably do it, but then managing a steady jab could wind you. I'm real experianced at weight cutting and I wouldn't cut over 10 - 15 pounds unless a really big fight was coming up.

Yeah man unless you know what your doing cutting more than 15lbs is nearly impossible. I know what I'm doing and I hate to cut more than 15lbs....rarely have had too. In all honesty though why don't you hit the gym for a year or 2 and ADD weight. Shit at 6'2" 185 lbs is a great weight to be at, even 205lbs (prob too much for you) is do-able. Then again I like having that extra weight. Good luck on your fight!!!
