-Hiromitsu Miura vs. Edgar Garcia

R1: Both the fighters start the fight by stalking each other. Miura landing some nice punches as Garcia starts to settle into the fight. Garcia drops Miura and is dropping some big bombs. Miura grabs a leg but is still getting lit up with punches as the referee has to come in and stop the fight.

Looks like Wolfenstein was right.

daaaaaaah shouldve kept garcia as my pick. the whole weigh in scared me though.

I'm 2-3 with 16 points I can never call these WEC cards.

Don't worry guys, judging by the rest of my picks it's not ging to happen often.

I'm really interested to see my homeboy from the IFL: Danny Villefort fight. He should easilly pull off the slickest sub of the night.

Next fight is the hot bout for the night. Benson Henderson vs. Anthony Njokuani.

Henderson is coming in on two weeks notice. WAR Njokuani!!!!

I also took Njokuani and a lot of oddmakers were placing this as like a +300. Saw some film on Henderson though and he looks tough.

I've got him in my parlay and its the hot bout. Really need to do good on the hot bout to stay in the GP.

-Anthony Njokuani vs. Benson Henderson

R1: Both fighters come out cautious as they test the distance. Henderson lands a low kick as Njokani starts to stalk him. Henderson goes for the takedown and gets it, getting Njokuani's back but he is unable to secure the choke as Njokuani gets back to his feet. Henderson gets another takedown with same result. Njokuani goes for an armbar but Henderson is narrowly able to get out. Henderson goes for a heel hook but Njokuani escapes to his feet. Henderson gets a takedown as Njokuani tries to get back up but Henderson puts him down again. Njokuani gets up and Henderson drops down for a takedown and picks Njokuani for a slam. The two exchange positions on the ground as the round comes to an end. Close round.

MMAWeekly scores the round 10-0 for Henderson.

R2: Njokuani charges in with a combination and Henderson ducks for a takedown and gets it. Njokuani reverses but gets caught in a guillotine choke by Henderson, which forces him to tap.

As much as I love watching the WEC fights, they always screw me over for pts/picks/wagers. Almost every single event.

yeah it was the NHL All Star game, it ran long.

Sucks for those who are DVR'ing the event and will have the taping cut off before the main event ends most likely.

i can't wait to see Aldo hop into the Garcia/Pulver/Faber/Brown/etc mix.
