Mixed martial artist Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone failed his post-fight drug test at last week's WEC 30 event, according to the NSAC. Cerrone tested positive for Hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic that can be used by athletes to assist in weight-cutting by impeding the kidney's water-retaining capabilities. It can also be used to treat medical conditions such as high blood pressure and congestive heart failure.Article
