War Machine planning Oct. 15 return against Gideon Ray

With a one-year jail sentence over, War Machine is ready to get back in the cage.
The former cast member of "The Ultimate Fighter 6" (known then as Jon Koppenhaver) recently announced via Twitter that he'll return to action on Oct. 15 against Gideon Ray at Chicago Cagefighting Championship 4.
The promotion has yet to make an official announcement.

War Machine was always a decent fighter. Nothing special but had mad heart. If he has anything left it should be a fun fight and he handle him rather easily.

He was released from jail 2-3 weeks ago.

Was he in jail for beating up everyone at a party and his gf? I read that happened but forgot what he went to jail for...His acts alone should ban him from making money so easy...He needs some serious psychology sessions based on his past actions...I would like to see him in an interview...

After his well publicized vid with Riley Steele, I ended up running across a better one he did with Asa Akira so I think he has a better future in porn than MMA. Maybe get some Tanner Mayes, Lela Star, Tori Black, and Angel Dark action going on. He's not that bad of a guy when he doesn't talk, at all.
