you can join a team by going to the fight camp directory and find a team yo want to join and there should be to ask them if you can join or eles go to the fight camp forum and look around there for a team that wants ppl.

there are a few sherdog teams. just PM the leader of a certain camp the big camps are big cuz they let anyone in.
