UFC On Versus Results/Discussion (Spoilers)

I watched Versus last week and its now no longer available from my cable provider, luckily Zuffa isn't shuttin streams down.

That was a GnP KO like Bader on TUF except this time with the left hand, lol. Head bouncin off the canvas and everything... gotta love it!

I'm suprised they aired that fight with it being on VS and Howard throwing those bombs after he was clearly out. Go till the ref stops you I know but I feel like if you see hes not getting up and clearly is out, there is no reason to pound on them.

8-3 73 Points. I'm a little disappointed we didn't get to see a longer fight.

Finished 8-3 with 65 points and hit my parley with Jones Not a bad fight card. Again, pretty anti-climatic, but another solid win for Bones.

8-3 58 points and hit my parlay

9-2..72 points. Irvin f'ed my parlay up. Had Brilz and Jones. Should have stuck with Vladimir

right on bro and we hit it right on the head. i had a parlay of Brilz Vlady and Dos Santos. 340 into 3000 and change. The first parlay I've Hit all season.

Jones just recruited a ton of people for his bandwagon after the way be smashed Vera!

I think he would've won if the fight was at 205.

How about this for a phone-call from the matchmakers.

"We'd like you to drop 20 pounds and fight at 185 for the first time ever, oh and by the way, the fight will be a mile high in Colorado"

I agree...I would've taken Irvin all day long at 205...but I knew it would be a tough cut, only to be confirmed by his corpse-like look at the weigh-in.

Not to mention he's just getting over a severe drug addiction, has been plagued and wrecked by a ton of injuries to his legs, and would be fighting at 185 for his first fight since getting clobbered by Anderson Silva two years ago.

I find it difficult to pick James Irvin anymore, even if it was at 205.

So you already thought that somebody would disagree with the way you saw the fight. That's a smart pick now days.

You know for the hotbout's they're not such a bad idea.
