Hahahah yeah 2K to show to 30k to show. thats gotta be one of the biggest leaps in a fighters pay. But he did face Cro Cop.

Look for Frankie Edgar to make a pretty big leap too. Not nearly as big as Sanchez but considering the general appreciation of his performance I think he'll get a pretty good raise.

210K for tito and he lost...how much would he have gotten if he won?

Eddie Sanchez for a big payday for fighting CroCop...he made more losing to crocop than he would of made winning 5 others(more less)

i still think they're getting paid peanuts compared to other athletes tho,but its maybe better not to spoil them to make them work for money

What a Joke! Guys still fighting for $3K.

Lennox Lewis vs Mike Tyson in 2002 Paid $103 Mil
Sugar Ray Leonard made $40,000 in his very 1st pro fight against Luis Vega.
Even Don King makes $10 Mil for a title match. This sheds a new light on mma for me.

"Big Payday For Eddie Sanchez"?? Uuuuubbah?? You crazy man! Eddie S. Can go to Mcdonalds and make the same kind of money and he wouldent have to train daily, eat right and get his head beat in!! HHhmmm Peanuts, yeh um I think thats an understatement!! Man with a pay day like these guys are getting where do you think the elite are gonna be?? Yeh UFC has some, but you will see some real talent once the pay scales are hitting a few million a fight..

lol...thats what i mean...they are paying chump change while dana is rolling about in cash!!

shane mosley made i dont know how many million this past weekend for a 12 round walk in the park

and MMA fighters over here risking their mind and their bodies for rent money

we all know the body and mind can only take so much punishment before they start to fail and for what UFC is paying its not worth it

This only includes their purse to show most of the time. PPV bonuses, good fight bonuses, sponsorship money, and in some cases thier win bonuses are not included.I wish we knew exactly how much hey get paid, both Chuck and Tito made over a million each with bonuses thrown in for their fight at UFC 66, but I doubt they want people knowing how much they really make.

Tim Sylvia is the man but 120k for Tim and only 75 for Hughes and 58 for GSP. seems kinda low for those 2.

I guess he needed a little incentive to come out of retirement...Dana paid him that much because he wanted him to beat Tim's ass and take the belt from him.
