Well BJ looks in better than usual shape and at least he made weight. Melendez must have trained with Gabe because how do u not make weight when u have all that time to train.

I knew Melendez would have trouble with his weight......You know Dana hates it when a fighter can't make weight, look at Travis Lutter, he missed weight for his title fight vs. Silva and you haven't seen him since.

Bj is looking quite good. It has been a while since I have seen him in that good shape. He should be able to take Jens with no problem. It is going to be one hell of a fun fight to watch.

I'm assuming fighters are allowed to be 1 pound over such as 156 or 186?

Yeah give or take a pound, and YES, BJ looked incredible, in the least gay way I can say that shit. He is gonna rock Jens.

If BJ quit drinking and started working hard at training, it's uh oh for LW and WW, that mans incredibly talented.

BJ does look phenomenal right now. He has tended to look a little flabby in the past... I always thought he was just one of those fighters with a strange body type, but he looks cut for this one.

lol no he's just a lazy dude, who drank and partied. Apperently that's ended so BJ should come out with the win, unless he's mentally not there.

He's good, but you think he will be able to take out Sherk? Manny is a good GNP'er but Sherk is an excelent GNP'er. I think Sherk will hold the title for a LONG time.

No I think BJ will end up becoming champion and i think Joe won't get a shot for a year or two. I think he'll get better when he quits his job and trains full time. Then when BJ or sherk or whoever is the champ, Joe will take them out with his agressive tacticts and youthful chin.

Already wrote that one down after his fight with Geraghty. He has the fighter intensity we see from fighters like Wandy but the brain of fighters like Couture. Give him some time to get the skills of someone close to Penn, he's champ down the road.
