Corey looks like he just goes mad on people. He's like Tracy Morgan crazy, which probably will mean it'll cost him in a match. And targeting Gabe isn't that great of a move.

Teams pretty even, for some reason I thought Jens would try to nab Joe. That would have been a power move. Very weird first picks from both.

Damn...i wanted Nate on Penn's team!...he should of left his hand raised...lol


i have a feeling Pulvers team will be better,by the way Pulver was acting on Fight Night 9.....saying he would do it again and stuff.......it sounded to me like if he was pleased with his coaching..

Wow, if Gabe is picked and can't make weight that'll be a first in TUF (maybe happened in 1, I missed that season).

Who has the best coaching staff? I missed Penn's but Jens' looked well rounded.

Wow, I think we have gotten the two first mistakes of this season out of the waym first Gabe for coming in out of shape and going up in pounds, then Pulver's team not capitalizing on it. A breakdown already? Wow.

I got Cole Miller in this one... he's got a nice long record of mediocre wins, which is better than most in the house have.

Damn dude...this show is gonna be intense!

yeap..

Weird to me the selection process for this show sometimes. Allen is a guy who said most of his fights are done to promote his restaurant, so no big loss here and probably only made the show because of personality and ability to be a stepping stone. Wish they'd get only the best free agent talent that applies.

Rant aside, he did have a funny line when he called himself "The crustacean sensation." I'm guessing he owns a seafood joint.

The thing I hate about TUF is that you can predict how long the fight is going to be depending on the time left (since it is an 1hr show and the fights are always at the end).

I called a fast submission by Miller, it was so obvious.

I was thinking a stoppage in the first as well...

I mean 7 mins to go and they cut to commercials...kind of a gimme.

Jens looks like he should have a wad of chewing tobacco in his mouth at all times and occasionally spits in a metal pot. lol

I am disappointed that they are picking guys that have only 1-3 years of training. To think that Jeff Joslin didn't make the lightweight cut a couple seasons ago. He has a much better pedigree than some of these guys.

There, I brought it back. I wanted to remake it because I planned on editing the first post with updates on the roster, results, etc.

But meh, it's not like I cannot do it on your post.

Thanks dude. Yeah, kinda of sucks knowing how long the match will be, but it could be worse, they could edit them.

who knows....but i was just wondering.......do they have someone in there to stop a fight incase it breaks out??....what is whole team vs team start a rumble?

Edit:....ok..after seeing the show again...i say it was either.....Matt Wiman..Gabe R...or Brian Geraghty..

Premiere was the shit for sure. Can't wait to see the 6'4'' black dude take on Gabe "Tubby" Rudeger. 22 lbs overweight? WTF. I think the 6'4'' dude and Nate Diaz being on the same team could mean serious shit talking is abound.

Yeah... although I think a good wrestler will be Corey's downfall.

His long limbs make it easy to submit.

Corey Hill and Nate Diaz are gold! They will be the main people this season for shit talking and they can fight to back it up. Corey Hill had me laughing my ass off "This is why I f***ing work!" lol.

hmm...kind of what you are doing right now?

I just don't like the guys going out there and acting like they're all gangstas and shit. Take Melvin Guillard for example. He was talking all kinds of shit and wouldn't touch gloves with Stevenson. He didn't last 30 seconds. That's what I'm talking about.

I can see how Corey and Nate can get under your skin for trash talking but the way Miller dresses is just kind of nitpicking. Like you said, if a guy can't back up what he says in the Octagon it really doesn't count for anything. So anyone promoting themselves in a over the top way will look foolish with a loss.

i think nate diaz being on jens team is a good call, his brother started out with jens and he even said at the start of the show he hoped he got on jens team for that reason, not sure why he raised his hand for bj penn though

i think corey with good sprawl defense and maybe a little wrestling training (for when he gets on the ground which im sure anyone he fights will wanna take him soon) would be a contender

but i like his lankyness reminds me of a tommy hearns that talks a lot of shit

diaz and corey i think will be huge in the lightweight division

but i still see joe lauzon winning the show easy

i dont remember who it was, but somone on the 1st or second season was sent home on the first show because he quit when he was trying to make weight. had like five pounds to go and said he couldn't do it anymore. they had to drag him inot the sauna at one point.

I remember him... it was TUF2, and they had to make one more cut before they had the final rosters, and that guy was Kenny Stevens. He called out Sammy Morgan for his match but couldn't cut, even though Franklin was in the sauna with him babying him through the whole process.

He quit though... he could have made weight if he wasn't such a quitter.

yeh, who quits with 5# to go. didnt some other guy get kicked off the show for sneeking out after hours and that one guy that quit because his girlfriend of 6 weeks thaought he was messing around.
