Huerta would love to fight UFC lightweight champion Sean Sherk in his next fight. he said he will be 6-0 after Saturday night and he wants a title shot.

He said he was an NCAA Division I wrestler at Augsburg College and his wrestling skills are as good as Guida’s wrestling abilities. he went on to say, “Truth is I’m better than anything that he can do.”

I like Huerta and all, but the above is direct copy and paste from the article! I don't think that IF he beats Clay that he should get a fight with Sherk. His first 6 wins just doesn't add up to a title shot in my mind. Maybe if he fought and beat a couple of guys afterwards I would agree, (EX: Florian, Guillard, Griffin, Edgar) then I could see him going up against Sherk/BJ/Stevenson. Prove you can keep up with the big dogs before you step up to the Champ!!!

I wouldn't call Melvin a big dog, who's he ever beat? They actually already fought Melvin lost cause he was greasing his body up to avoid the takedown.
