In the wake of the death of MMA fighter Sammy Vazquez, there were rumors that Texas would move to outlaw MMA. But a member of the Texas Department Of Licensing & Regulations says that such rumors are false.
Of course they are. If they outlawed MMA for ring death(s) they'd have to outlaw boxing. MMA is too much of a moneymaker for commissions to stop it now.
