BJ Penn and his team in Hawaii would be my first choice hands down. So much you can learn just by being around that guy.

For MMA: Hiroyuki Abe/ Abe Ani Combat Club. They're a bit wrestling centric but they are all ridiculously well rounded and the instructors are amazing.

For grappling a lot of people come to mind but in the end it would be a toss up between Eric Paulson or Scott Sonnon

Buakaw Por Pramuk at the Pramuk gym in Thailand. I have no interest in being an MMA fighter, I'd rather be in K-1, and Im a Muay Thai fighter. Buakaw is as good as Muay Thai gets!

However, if I could train with a few people, I'd like to train with the Cro Cop squad aswell, CC's LHK technique is something I'd really like to learn.

If you have to train with a Gracie, I'd say Royler. His technique is amazing, and he seems like he is a good instructor, which can't do said about all of them. I've heard Renzo is also an excellent teacher, and seems to spend a lot of time with his students and take a real interest in them. I Know people constantly talk up Royce and Rickson, but for Jiu jitsu instruction I would pick Royler or Renzo.

As far as me personally, for training for competition jiu jitsu I'd probabally look up Xande Ribeiro or Macelinho Garcia, both of those guys are said to be born instructors, and their records don't lie.

Gokor Chivichyan and Gene LeBell at the Hayastan club.

Well, I'm currently training out of Keith Hackney's gym which is awesome. But if I could train with anybody:

1)BJ Penn in Hawaii
2)Randy Couture in Las Vegas
3)Team Punishment

Striking: Obviously Mirko 'Cro Cop' Filipovic
BJJ: Big Nog

I would chose the latter if I had to pick one though. It'd be so sweet to see how you can kick a 6'8 man in the head.

A good fighter isn't necessarily going to be a good teacher. I think especially for fighters to whom things come naturally it's more difficult to show a person how to do something correctly than to just do it yourself. I think I'd probably want to train with Bas over anyone, he seems to have the most in-depth understanding of what fighters should and shouldn't do in any given situation. He also seems to be one of the best at explaining what he knows in a very comprehensive fashion, and I've heard his workout routine is grueling.

Gene Lebell, i learned a ton just by buying one of his books. Imagine if I had him to coach me personally, that would be awesome!

Probably meant MMA wise

If I had a choice I would train with Wanderlei Silva or Hayato Sakurai. Maybe even Norifumi Yamamoto.

I dont know about bester ever, but he dominated Aerts (Seen as one of the best), I think he could take out Schilt too, I dont know about Hoost though. That said, Cro Cop destroyed Sapp, and while Sapp isnt a great striker, he is indeed a challange, hell, he KTFO'd Hoost, TWICE, Cro Cop overcame Sapp with ease.

Cro Cop is arguably the best, he just hasnt been in the K-1 scene as extensively as Hoost has.

Crocop not the best striker? What? Who is?

Crocop for striking. Fedor for everything else. How come no one said Fedor? Why wouldn't you want to learn from the "best" (most accomplished). He also seems like a real nice guy, too, unlike a lot of fighters who are arrogant and think they're the best.
