Honestly, I can't give a specific fighter but a few that fit the category are

Irish Hand Grenade
Andy Wang
Sherk (a little unsure after last event though)
I'm sure I missed more but I'm not sure I could argue any of these men over the others, or simply say Forrest because he enjoys the feeling of getting punched in the face lol.

To be honest anyone in the UFC is pretty damn tough. But I agree with the consensus pick in Big Nog.
An honorable mention that I do not think anybody has said goes out to Heath Herring. Has really only been finished by Big Nog and Cro Cop (other losses have been due to cut, knee injury, and exhaustion).

I think most fighters are tough. The toughest in my opinion is Big Nog. Takes a beating, and finds a way to get the win.

dont give me too much shit for this but......... BIG TIM is pretty tough. you guys will have to help me here, i have seen him take some nasty shot but i havnt seen him ko'd. im sure it has happened but i havnt seen it. he always get a good shot right to the jaw but somehow doesnt get ko'd i can think of 3 right off hand AAx2 and couture.. i'll definitely say big nog too
