Let's make something perfectly clear: The sport of mixed martial arts is not for everyone. Some find the ultra-violent marriage of boxing and martial arts too savage and gory (including yours truly). After all, isn't the object to pummel your opponent into a bloody pulp? Who wants to see that?

This article seems to be arguing that "Undisputed" will educate the public about MMA, but in reading the review it seems to have done the opposite.

"After all, isn't the object to pummel your opponent into a bloody pulp?"
No!!! Fighters are looking to win by any means, and I like to think most would prefer to avoid doing any serious damage.

"Some find the ultra-violent marriage of boxing and martial arts too savage and gory..."
What, boxing isn't a martial art now?

"Created by Yukes, the same developers that handled most of the better WWE games for THQ, Undisputed's smooth graphics and fluid controls are top-shelf, as are the inclusion of more than 80 actual fighters from the series."
Series? Does this guy think the UFC is some kind of scripted reality show? This ain't the WWE fool!!!
