When you click to reply or start a new thread, over to the right - there are the following options.

Insert Web Link

Insert Email

Insert Web page etc.

Click on Insert Web Link. It will ask you to type in what you want the link to read as. Then it will ask you to paste the complete URL.

I'm only advising you of this because I know you will have more articles for us to read and some of us will be too lazy to copy and paste the URL and load it. It just makes it that much more easier for the rest of us.

I'm going to read your article now.

Families and friends definitely need to intervene in a fighter's career and help the fighter make - not necessarily the best decision but the most secured. Sometimes when a fighter is lost in the moment, he forgets what is important to him and he will need families and friends to help bring him back.

In most other sports - when you lose, you are not bloodied up and broken. We love the sport of mma for the excitement and unpredictability of raw and real combat ........but sometimes we, the fans, are also lost in the moment and forget how cruel it can be as well.

thank you all for your feedback and kind words. Yes, Cro cop is another name for that list. It's easy for us as fans to see them in the cage but when the career is over, they still have a life to lead and families to care for. If anything it is better to walk away like penn before his chin goes with his health then a chuck style fade out. You just want to see them stop getting hurt because we care for them.
