gotta go with #3, personally. #1 would be my second choice.

1/29/10 8:16:23PM
I picked card #1 solely because of the GSP vs Anderson fight. If that fight wasnt on there I probably would have picked #3

#1 but all are sick cards

1/29/10 8:24:12PM
it was a toss up for me between 1 and 4, but I felt #4 finally would answer the questions floating around in the LW.

3 & 4 are ridiculously good

but u cant really compete with the GSP/Anderson!

I wonder why so many of the fights are out of their normal weight classes in so many of the cards, but I will go # 4 .Penn vs Aoki is a dream match of mine and there are more competitive matches that I want to see on that particular fight card IMO

GSP vs Anderson was the best overall fight for me though.

All cards have interesting bouts.
Even though I would give a nut to see Aldo/Torres (Aldo KO rnd 1), I think giving Cane a rematch vs. Lil Nog at this point is a mistake.

Overall, card 1 gets my vote. How in the hell did someone get Silva and GSP in a fantasy draft? Well played.

I go with # 1
Kpro
1/30/10 12:42:36AM
I went with #1, barring of course if Chuck Norris is present at any of the other cards.

Speaking of which, how about we add an absolutely pointless provision to these fantasy cards where each member picks 3-5 celebrities via snake format to attend their card.

You never know if my decision could be swayed based on if Jose Canseco and Steven Seagal are in attendance.

Gotta go with card #1 just for Tito getting whooped on by my boy Babalu!!!

Fighters are able to compete at one class above or below their normal weight class.

There's no denying that Silva-GSP is a solid main event, but I think every card here has a solid main event, so that's kind of a wash. And anyway, I want to watch the whole card, even the prelims, so I have to judge the whole lineup.

I voted for Card #2.

Melvin looks capable of giving Gomi a battle, and I hope Varner-v-Hansen and Johnson-v-Hardy are the swing bouts. The size advantage held by Alvarez and Lesnar worry me a little, but the whole Main Card looks interesting, especially Akiyama-Marquardt and Rampage-Belfort.

Had to take #1. Number 3 was disqualied for having a rematch of a non-competitive fight, and whoever did number 2 doesn't understand how betting odds work.

You have a lot of Catch weight fights on the cards(Lyoto vs Lesnar?!?!?!) Machida is my favorite fighter but dont think he would be able to deal with Brocks size and power. I went with #1. War Babalu. Aleks vs Kongo would be a great match-up. and then then superfight to end them all. Silva vs GSP

That was totally my bad. I switched the matchups at the last minute. I *did* have Cane/Barnett and Nogueira/Mousasi. I really don't know why I switched them, either.

Dumb match making on my part.
