One look at Keith Jardine's face, sliced open and a bloody mess on Saturday, and it was obvious his opponent was more than just some jiu-jitsu player looking to latch onto an arm.

Though Roger Gracie couldn't submit Jardine at "Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Kennedy," and even got a little bit of a late challenge from him, Strikeforce CEO Scott Coker said he's looking forward to giving the middleweight a chance to move up the ladder.

"He's by far the No. 1 grappler in that weight class," Coker said. "Let's see how he progresses – we're going to get him some more fights."

Wouldn't go as far to say he's the best grappler at that weight. That much was evident in him not getting the sub. However he does have definite talent.
Bring him to the UFC so we can see if he's the real deal

He's pretty damn lengthy for Middleweight. I'm pretty interested to see how he does as well. A win over Keith Jardine always looks good on a resume

Jacare was that guy before Roger dropped down, why couldn't you give him any fights?

In his defence no one has submited Jardine.
