To add on to some of the stats i recorded about 2 and a half years ago, I have now calculated the results of the past 33 UFC events and 11 of the past WEC events (BW and FW only) to now have the conclusions of 812 fights spanning across the past 68 UFC events and 11 WEC events (BW and FW only) including Fight Nights and TUF Finales. This time around (and retroactively) I counted draws as decisions and counted catchweights as the weight they were supposed to be at. Here are my results:



NOTES

*There were 3 fights that were not counted because of DQ. They were Riddle vs Soto, Jones vs Hamill, and Lentz vs Oliveira
*Kongo's victory over Buentello was via submission due to strikes (HW Sub)
*Krzystof's victory of Bonnar was a TKO via cut (LHW TKO)
*Elkins' victory over Ludwig was TKO injury (WW TKO)
*Stephens victory over Bucholtz was a TKO via cut (LW TKO)
*The Diaz Markham fight was a catch weight that i counted as WW (WW TKO)
*JDS victory over CC was via submission due to strikes (HW Sub)
*Stevenson's victory over Fisher was via submission due to strikes (LW Sub)
*Belcher vs Gouveia was a catch weight that i counted as MW (MW TKO)
*Munoz's victory over Jensen was via submissions due to strikes (MW Sub)
*Griffin vs Franca was a catch weight that i counted as LW (LW TKO)
*Uno vs Camoes was a draw and was counted as (LW Dec)
*Lentz vs Tavares was a draw and was counted as (LW Dec)
*Vitor vs Franklin was a catch weight that i counted as MW (MW TKO)
*Miller vs Lopez was TKO injury (LW TKO)
*Hazelett vs Daley was a catch weight that i counted as WW (WW TKO)
*Kimbo vs Houston was a catch weight that i counted as LHW (LHW Dec)
*Neer vs Tibau was a catch weight i counted as LW (LW Dec)
*BJ Penn's victory over Diego was via cut (LW TKO)
*Salter's victory over MacDonald was TKO injury (MW TKO)
*Johnson vs Yoshida was a catch weight i counted as WW (WW TKO)
*Lennox's victory over Villefort was TKO via cut (WW TKO)
*Simpson's victory over Herman was TKO injury (MW TKO)
*Riddle vs Johnson was a catch-weight of 172 (WW TKO)
*Guida's sub over dos Anjos due to injury was counted (LW Sub)
*Fitch vs Alves was a catch-weight of 171.5 (WW Dec)
*Oliveira vs Escudero was a catch-weight of 159 (LW Sub)
*Pace vs Campuzano was a catch-weight of 138 (BW Sub)
*Natal vs Bongfeldt was a draw (MW Dec)
*Edgar vs Maynard II was a draw (LW Dec)
*Fitch vs Penn was a draw (WW Dec)
*Philippou vs Catone was a catch-weight of 195 (MW Dec)
*Sadollah vs Johnsons was a sub due to strikes (WW Sub)
*Menjivar vs Pace was a catch-weight of 138 (BW Sub)
*Belcher vs Macdonald was a sub due to strikes (MW Sub)
*Easton vs Bloodworth was a catch-weight of 138 (BW TKO)
*Roop vs Garcia was a draw (FW Dec)
*Cruz vs Bowles was TKO due to injury (BW TKO)
*Barao vs Leone was a catchweight of 142 (BW Sub)

I was surprised by the number of decision wins in the lower weight classes.

haha i may have missed a class or two but i thought it was worth it. i finally got my groove with school so i'll be more active here now. and thanks guys

wow im surprised to see welter taking all the KOs. I always assumed Heavyweight would win that honor.

HW did take the honor when you factor percentages. You have to remember there were more than twice as many WW fights as there were at HW.

those are some interesting stats. specifically the WW division. there has been way more WW fights.

in total LW has the most, but yeah the amount of fights at WW and LW are incredible
