MMAWeekly recently was able to observe a Friday sparring session at Georges St. Pierre's training camp in Canada, which also featured Rashad Evans & Denis Kang, among other notable fighters.
Article Also a brief item on "Big" John McCarthy being at the TKO 31 event in Canada for The Fight Network.

Sure hope that Take Down defense is good, if not I have picked wrong! I forget where I saw or read it but Hughes basically stated that he is going back to fighting in the style that got him the belt in the first place. No more trying to get a highlight KO......that is what happened to a lot of Militech fighters IMO. They became strickly strikers, just a bad strategy IMO.

If GSP defended Koscheck's TDs, he will have no trouble with Hughes. Koscheck is bigger/stronger and a more accomplished wrestler than Hughes.

You probably right, IDK though.... It's weird but I am not a hughes or Chuck fan....but it seems that if I bet against them then they win. Maybe it's just superstition, or maybe it's like how it rains if I wash my car. Last time I gave up and finally picked for Chuck to win, not only did he finally lose but I missed like every fight on that card! I really hope that both Hughes and Chuck lose so that UFC move on past these guys. I really like seeing different guys get to the top, it just makes for a better show IMO. Go GSP!!! Go Wandy!!!

Josh is certainly the more accomplished wrestler but I highly doubt he is stronger than hughes. I am almost 100 percent sure that Hughes is MUCH stronger than Josh. I also think currently Hughes' wrestling is still more "dangerous" in an mma fight.

What do you base your conclusions on? Koscheck is Div I NCAA champion at 174 lbs (4 times All-American). Hughes placed 5th at 158 lbs (twice All-American). I agree that Hughes has much more experience in the cage with his 46 professional fights.
