Wow, Im surprised to see Bisping get taken off the co-main event. Makes sense as Swick vs Hardy is supposed to be a no.1 contender fight, but still surprised with Bispings popularity.

This fight is as important as a Bisping fight. Or rather as unimportant. Neither one of these guys is deserving of a title shot yet (especially hardy.) Once again the UFC is overemphasizing British fighters and the strength of MMA in the UK to try and build the audience.

The fact remains that UK MMA is years behind the US, Japan, and Brazil.

Whether you like UK fighters or not man, the Swick/Hardy fight is an important fight for the WW division.

Swick was/is one of the next in line for a title shot before his recent injury and Hardy is 3-0 in the UFC.

As for UK MMA being 'years behind' i disagree. Yes the skill level in the US is higher than that of the UK, but if TUF 10 is anything to go by then we are definately improving.

This is such a great fight. Hardy is taking tough fights and winning. Still, this is a fight I don't see him winning. Swick by KO!
