Shogun Rua Tabbed to Welcome Dan Henderson Back at UFC 139

Dan Henderson and Mauricio “Shogun” Rua have verbally agreed to face off at UFC 139 on Nov. 19, MMAWeekly.com has learned.
Independent sources confirmed the fight, which will stand as Henderson’s return to the organization after defeating Russian heavyweight Fedor Emelianenko in Strikeforce.
The bout will likely be the new main event for the card that saw its prior main event between heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez and no. 1 contender Junior dos Santos get moved to the main event of the Nov. 12 UFC on Fox fight card.
Henderson’s return will signal the start of his third tenure in the UFC after recently spending some time in Strikeforce, where he won the organization’s light heavyweight crown in March. At 41 years old, Henderson remains a viable competitor at both middleweight and light heavyweight, and will look to hold the same status in his return to the Las Vegas-based organization...

My word! This fight has been years and years in the making. I am gonna be looking for big fanfare here! Hype coming out the wazoo! I want trailer packages chock full of Pride highlights, and then some more current fights for context. Can UFC 139 be titled "Unfinished Business" as well?

Yup. Same here man. I wanted Shogun vs. Hendo before I wanted Fedor vs. Hendo but I'll take them in any order they want to give them to me.

There isn't one. It's done. Melendez, Barnett and Cormier are the last pieces before it crumbles. They're waiting to show Barnett vs. Cormier, because let's face it, that's a fantastic fight.
EDIT: They're going to scoop up a lot of serious talent when it crumbles, but those 3 guys are the key pieces in Strikeforce right now. Maybe throw King Mo in there as well.

Tough fight to call I don't ever pick against either of these guys. I think it's a better match-up for Henderson but he might not ever catch Shogun.

Hendo's head is made out of pure granite but if you take into account that the two of the best strikers he ever fought almost knocked him out, feijao and anderson, then i think shogun winning by strikes isnt so far fetched especially given his skillset and power and even on a guy like hendo
at the same time hendo has the power to stop anyone as well, but if youre looking at technical striking abilities, footwork, jabs, leg kicks, killer instinct, and jiu jitsu Shogun has a clear edge in a few key areas of this fight, where as hendo has the wrestling, maybe a slight power advantage and not much else
