Lie detector tests are actually quite easy to pass. So easy, in fact, that passing a lie detector test doesn't automatically get you off the hook in a trial. Theres numerous websites devoted to teaching you the methods. A good one is here

Ha about time ... sherk is an amazng figther but he is boring ... and a lay and pray god ... and whats all this penn can hang with sherk ? ... SHERK CANT HANG WIT PENN ... penn will own him ... and acctually finish him 2nd round rear naked choke :D

Penn would never finish Sherk ....He's too strong...
Sherk would win majority decision....
Just curious what about Sherks career makes you think he can't hang with Penn?

I don't see how you can say bj would be unable to finish sherk because he's too strong when Matt Hughes is probably equally strong if not stronger, and has an incredibly similar but more developed style of fighting and was submitted by bj. I don't think either of them are out of the other's league, but I doubt Sherk would be able to lay on top of BJ for 5 rounds without getting caught in a submission. The only thing Sherk can really do is wrestle, and BJ has handled better wrestlers than him.

It sucks that he was guilty and stripped, but when he comes back he's going to continue overpowering guys at 155 and win his title back. He's been in the game a long time and I'm sure he's been tested before this, so it's not like he's been roiding for his whole career. When he comes back if he doesn't get an immediate title shot he will work his way up and win it back against whoever holds the belt at the time.

If he was actually positive, good. Honestly if a fighter gets caught juicing he should not only have a suspension from the CSAC or NSAC, but the UFC should have a strict disciplinary code as well, up to and including permanent dismissal from the organization. Unfortunately there are so many grey areas with drug testing that proving 100% is nearly impossible.

kenny florian is known for subin ppl and he couldnt do it and neither could franca, give or take the fact that yes bj is better than both of them but at 155 sherk is freakin monster, sherk has been use to handling guys at 170 now at 155, his strength is a much bigger factor not that he is not smaller than the other and only lost to GSP & Hughes whom penn has a lose vs both ( sherk broke his nose v gsp and penn separated his ribs v hughes) this is a good match both ways onliy if penn doesnt gas as the gsp match cause sherk will finish him in a 5 rd so penn better be in shape if he cant finish him quick, but this makes for a war cuase sherk wants to prove hes the best as does penn especially in the different style of trainin and philosophy so it should be a war

BJ's standup + BJJ + wrestling defense beats Sherks td, hold. Any day of the week, both being healthy. He can try for it when BJ moves back up in wght.
