Refs Set For UFC 100 Title Fights

NSAC head Keith Kizer today announced who will referee the 2 title fights at UFC 100. Steve Mazzagatti gets Georges St. Pierre vs. Thiago Alves while Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir will be refereed by Herb Dean.

Hopefully Steve will will have an easy match.When i say that,i mean,he has taken alot a riddicule in lately.Some deserved some not.I find him to be o.k,not great but far from the worse.If the refs are not chosen by the ufc and are appointed the the state commision,is Big John not licenced in Nevada or California?Can a ref say no i won't work for that orginization,without repercusion?I could see Bif John saying that there could be a conflict of interest,bad dealings with management etc.

Big John is not currently licensed in the state of Nevada.

Recent events have made people forget how solid Yves normally is. I trust him a shitload more than Herb Dean.

I like both of these refs they are both very good and experienced.. Umm. What ever happened to big john he hasnt refered in a long time. In fact i thought i saw him reffing for another organization
