would running 3x a week 3miles be a good idea? and mayby some sort of weight lifting routine?
run and wresting is all you need, i didnt lift, put to much weight on me
is the 3 mile 3x aweek good? or shud i do more less often? more less distance?
you need distance but you need some sprint training also a good cardio workout i found was get on the track get a 1mile at a decent pace then do some sprint intervals for example sprint the straight aways and jog the turns and after a mile of that return to the 1 mile jog
