Who are some of the most well rounded fighters that have comparable skills in all aspects of the game?

So for example I wouldn't include GSP or Anderson Silva, as GSP's wrestling is much better than his jiu jitsu, and Anderson Silva's striking is much better than his wrestling.

I'm more looking for guys that are just as good at wrestling as they are at striking and jiu jitsu and vice versa.

You can even name guys who suck...just as long as they suck equally at everything.

If he was on the UFC video game, then Marlon Sims would probably be maxed out on pretty much everything. So I choose him.

BJ Penn IMO. his BJJ is great, he proved against Sherk that his standup is very good, his take down defense is great, he has good standup and good ground game.

I say GSP is the top, followed by Fedor, now i think fedor is better pfp, but GSP has superior wrestling for his size, that's why i'd give it to him. marquardt is another that is ridiculously well rounded.

A. Overeem. He's not extremely proficient at any one thing but can submit, ko and take guys down.

Also id like to add arona. He has heavy hands, good wrestling, and good subs.

Tyso griffin is probly one of the best examples

Fedor his sambo is legendary and his striking is fantastic. Its really unfair to count him because he's that well rounded.

BJ has to be mentioned as his boxing is ridiculously good for a jits fighter. Arguably got the better in the stand up against Gomi. His Jits of course is cream of the crop and his wrestling is very good especially with his flexibility. Id have to put him first.

Henderson is another one that has been mentioned and I strongly agree. Hands and striking are great, wrestling is fantastic. Can make a case for his jits being lacking but he def. deserves to be mentioned.

Nate Marquardt hes just a great fighter. Good at everything pretty much. Good Wrestling, great jits, good and improving to great striking as shown in his last fight and the camp he is in is only gonna make him better. Def a threat for P4P consideration in the near future.

GSP His striking has been criticized especially by me but it seemed very well tuned in his Fitch fight he just got his Black Belt recently so jits is solid and wrestling is phenomenal.

Fitch sticks out in my mind as well. Not saying his striking is the best out there but his Jits wrestling and striking all combined is a pretty good combo. And weighs out pretty evenly imo,

I'm surprised no one said KID YAMAMOTO!! I think his jiujitsu might be pretty good.......it's a shame he KTFO of his opponents before we could see it.

Rich Franklin and Michael Bisping both come to mind right away, although you don't see either of them actually using submissions a ton, so maybe they're not who you're looking for. A guy whose skills were relatively equal would probably have a lot of wins by TKO and by submission. I'm not sure whether tendencies should be confused with capabilities. If nothing else, a submissions guy might get a lot of wins by TKO if he keeps fighting guys with good sub defense.

Fedor obvious, Josh Barnett, I'll put Nog in there his boxing is awsome and his JJ is top notch and while his wrestling isn't great but he can get you to the mat, ummm I think Kid Yammamoto is someone people need to mention, he's an olympic level wrestler and he can KO anyone from 135-155.
