remko pardoel
harold howard
Pardoel and Howard where traditional JJ backgrounds, not BJJ. Howard was never submitted by a lock or choke anyways...

Yes, but to those who still have guesses, Steve Nelson might get you a little warmer to the real answer.

I thought it would have been Rorion Gracie tapping to Eddie Bravo.

I thought it would have been Rorion Gracie tapping to Eddie Bravo.
That was in ADCC, a submission grappling tournament. Not MMA.
...and was it Rorion for sure that Eddie tapped?

My bad.It was Royler he tapped.
Eddie tapped Royler and Sperry tapped him out too.Eddie tapped him first though.
If I am correct,Eddie was the first guy to tap out a Gracie.(I know that wasn't the question,LOL,but while were talking about tap outs I might as well mention that,if it's right.)

FYI Silveira was a Black Belt in BJJ and had awesome striking. He has no excuse to losing to a guy that weighed 183 and was a pro wrestelr......... cept it was saku.
