UFC Requests SuperBowl Weekend Date in Las Vegas

Zuffa LLC, the UFC’s parent company, has officially reserved a Feb. 2 fight date for a SuperBowl weekend card in Las Vegas, MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) has learned.

if this actually happens, all i have to say is best weekend ever. if fedor comes to the ufc on that day, then ill probably die from sheer overwhelming greatness.

Even better if serra beats hughes then serra vs gsp 2 or even better than that if rich can beat silva then silva vs rich 3. That would be the ultamite weekend but dont forget about fedor vs randy

For some reason i think that serra will beat hughes, i think serra's boxing is so much better than hughes and same with his jui juistu (sp) but hughes wrestling is better but serra doesn't mind being on his back... don't know is going to fight gsp.. i hope its hughes but would be sweet if the underdog won and a rematch for gsp against serra.

haha, the difference between my card and yours is that mine are fights that are likely to be available at the time. Wanderlei vs chuck will happen before then, hendo will fight before then, vera and nog will not be ready until after that card, and sherk/stevenson vs penn will happen before then.. forrest/jardine2 on the other hand.. that could happen
