Ahead of another scheduled meeting of New York State legislators to hopefully vote on legalizing MMA in the state, UFC execs Dana White & Marc Ratner are now pushing a study showing, in these tough econimic times, how legalizing MMA in the state and subsequently allowing UFC events as a result could generate millions in tax & tourist revenue for the state, and especially New York City. The next meeting and possible vote are scheduled for tomorrow (January 7).
