UFC 83 Pre-Sale Tickets Sold Out!

Due to incredible demand, nearly all of the tickets to UFC® 83: SERRA vs. ST-PIERRE 2 have been purchased by members of UFC® Fight Club in its exclusive presale which started on Sunday. Over 21,000 people will rock the Bell Centre on Saturday, April 19th, and the vast majority of them will be UFC® Fight Club members. The UFC® organization is honored to welcome so many of its most devoted fans to the event that night.
Because of the unprecedented size of this presale, the normal UFC® Newsletter Presale will not take place. The scheduled public onsale date for this event is this Friday, February 8 at 12pm ET. On that date and time, a very limited number of tickets will be released for sale via Ticketmaster and at the Bell Centre Box Office.
Additional viewing options for fans in the Montreal area, or those wishing to come to Montreal for the event, are currently being researched. Information will be made public as it becomes available via UFC.com and this UFC® Newsletter.

Yep !!

Man, i decided to not wait and to buy the ufc fight club menbership to be able to buy my tickets and it was the right thing to do !!
So basically, UFC 83 will be a private event for UFC fight club member only !! lol

Next time they come to Canada they should use the football stadium

I'm not sure if i'm right but that doesn't say "21,000 tickets seats already sold, it say all of the "presale" tickets sold out (which as of this morning was 13,000) and the next sentance says "over 21,000 will rock the bell center... they word it like that so people think there are no tickets left and all rush to try get the "last ones". But I do believe they will for sure sellout, but not till Friday. They are only selling 22,000 seats, they wouldn't have put 21,000 tickets for sale on the presale, and 1000 to the public.

right... man you guys up north love the mma huh? i think it's great for mma to hit up these places where it's huge. not just vegas. i can't wait till we get one in the dc baltimore area...i'll be there!

I'm with you there, but it's a long while away. Both Maryland and DC don't allow MMA. Same for Virginia (at least with pro MMA).

They sold 13000 tickets only in the first day ( sunday febuary 3 ), the 21000 was reached by monday or thusday . that's why the presale for newsletter subscriber have been cancelled.

Man, maybe you were not here monday when Dana told us that over 13000 was already sold and he was expecting a complete sold out by the end of the day ( monday or thuesday morning ). ans we received this email about the news letter subscriber pre sale cancellation due to the number of tickets already sold ( 21000 ) .

bell center sold out mean 22000, so 1000 tickets will be available friday and they will be gone in a minute.

They stopped selling the tickets after they sold just over 13000, they cancelled todays ticket sale because after selling so many they know they would have sold out. If they only sold a few thousand (Sunday) then they would have sold more today. I got the same email as everyone else, and it definetly doesn't say 21,000, if you can find where it says that anywhere then i am wrong but if not then the title should be changed.

They did not stop to sell tickets after the 13000 mark of sunday man, i bought my tickets monday afternoon !! Dana told in an interview monday morning that they were already have sold over 13000 only sunday and he was expecting that the bell center would be completely sold out by the end of the day ( monday ) and he was right. Sunday only half of the section were open but monday every section were available and i was able to secure 2 tickets after 50 attemps with no tickets available even with all price selected.

Ok I did see the press conference with Dana white and your right about still selling tickets on Monday, i had my days mixed up... but i still don't belive they are sold out or sold 21,000, show where it says that. It was hard to get tickets because they were sold out of the "presale" tickets. As for Dana saying they are going to be sold out the next day, one they probably would have been if they kept selling tickets and second Dana says at every ufc event that they are sold out. But the point of my argument is that the title says 21000 sold, when the article attached says something different.

i got 100's section tickets! Bought them at 12:00 sunday (when they went on sale) so excited. All u UFC FC members, ill see u there :)

actually Tuvok is correct. if u are a UFC Fight club member, u can no longer buy tickets, u have to wait for the general sale because too many were sold to the FC. and it states "very limited" amount of tickets. ill show u the email i got

and seeing as how the good seats were gone in the first 20 minutes, i doubt it will last 2 minutes, lol. all tickets will be GONE on Friday at 12:30PM FOR SURE

Too late. All the tickets are now gone. They're working on alternate viewing options and Dana is promising that UFC will "definitely" return to Canada.

Not the slightest bit surprised, once GSP was confirmed for this event it was only a question of how fast it would sellout.
