Pookies new draft project

Its been awhile since ive participated in one of these, so i figured it was time.
Rules:
Snake draft
Maximum of ten players. Minumum of 6.
24 rounds
No one night tournaments
Trades are allowed. Must be confirmed by both parties on the forum.
Open weight fights are allowed.
There will be a 12 hour time limit per pick.
Voting will not be broken up into sections. One vote at the end, every player is listed from 10-1 in order of which card youd want to see the most. Votes Pm'd to me or posted if preferred.
Pretty much the usual except for...
This is an alltime draft. With every selection, you will select a year(Ex. Gomi 2004). Each fighter can only be selected once.
If theres any confusion, please specify. Im writing this on a phone. So you know, im purposefully not elaborating as much as usual.

My questions:
24 rounds = 12 fights on the card?
are we just making one card & the winner of the vote wins the game?
is there a limit to how many people we can have in each weight class or a limit on OW fights?

No, & No. Though i assume too many OW fights would play against certain peoples prejudices.

OW fights give me boners, so if i went all OW & everyone hated it, i'd still be sittin pretty.....if you know what i mean
