I'm waiting to find out what his mental status is/was before I judge him.

I'd encourage everyone else to do the same, even though that won't happen.

Hopefully this woman and her baby are fine.

I'm sure she'll be fine just as soon as they settle out of court... Do you supose Dana's going to cover that cost too?

I still got love for the guy.

Not 1 person on this site, can say that havent screwed up at one time or another.
He is going through a tough time. And has nobody really to help him out, so this is his way of dealing with it.

Give him time, and lets hope he gets the help he deserves.

Hope everything turns out well for Quinton.

That being said, since when in Cali is a 16 1/2 week old FETUS considered a child? Gotta love the Libs wanting it both ways. Flame away.

I was gone for a week and came back to all these headlines about Page and I don't really have time to read all the articles. It sounds to me like the guy probably needs some help. I agree with you all that this won't stop me from being one of his fans, but I don't know the severity of the situation. Would someone mind sending me a quick PM with some of the details so that I don't sit here for several hours that I don't have? Please.

If this turns out to be true, I'd like to see more people have concern for the lady and her unborn child, than what happened to a guy who lost a sporting contest.

Hope all is well with her and the kid.

Serioulsy i could care less about people "judging Rampage".....Do something like he did yesterday and you deserve to be judged.....I dont really care what his problem was everyone has problems and there is no excuse in my book to put many peoples lives at risk because of your own problems.....

Sure, everyone has problems. But, from the way this is playing out, this seems like it's a mental health issue. A serious one. And not everyone has serious mental health issues.

Does that excuse what he did? No. But you can't assume he just hopped in his truck and said to himself, "Hey, I'm gonna go out and act crazy today. Maybe I'll hit a car or two in the process...just for fun!"

The brain is a VERY complex tool. If it's f*cked with, sometimes you have no control over what you do.

No one can be a judge on his character. Sure, he did some bad things. We dont know what he was thinking or what he is or was going through. Either way I still respect Rampage in whatever happens at the end of this.

I just hope that he can get a grip on whatever issues he is having in his life at this point in time.

My best wishes and reguards go out to the pregnant lady who was one of the vehicles struck on the first instance.

How do you know he didn't have mental health problems PRIOR to losing his title?

There are different levels of depression, anxiety, cognitive disorders, personality disorders etc. An incident like this could make a bad situation worse. Maybe he needs his meds adjusted. It's hard to tell at this point. That's why, like I said, people should wait to hear the facts before they judge.

I don't know if that will be the best solution.

IF (and I am stressing the IF) it was the loss that got Rampage on this path, then maybe it would be best if he wasn't involved in fighting (and probably coaching too) any more.

I am finding it hard to believe some of the posts I am reading here like

"He is going through a tough time. And has nobody really to help him out, so this is his way of dealing with it"

and

"He means well"

WTF!!! You are talking as if you know him personaly

He put others at huge risk. I hope he pays the price like any one of us would have to.

Shame on him

I've screwed up plenty of times and I will plenty more. But never have I or will I lead police on a high speed chase through Los Angeles, so dont give me that mistake shit.

What is this "tough time" hes going through. He got his ass whooped by forrest now he dont know how to act. Hes still one of the biggest names in the sport, hundreds if not thousands of fighters would do anything to switch positions with him (pre arrest that is) Nobody to help? Dana bailed him out.
His way of dealing with it is by performing a hit and run.

He does need some help. Why he "deserves" it i dont know.

That was probally the stupidest post i have ever read. I would much like to beat you with a shlacking stick.

45 mph isn't exactly a "high speed" chase unless you're 90 years old.

As for you saying you'll never do this and you'll never do that...blow a fuse upstairs and you'll have no idea you're even doing it.

Speaking of stupid posts...

I'm injured...but let me figure out how much. Sounds like someone's waiting for a payday. Might sound a little harsh, but I don't like the sound of it.

Big mistake Rampage. Awesome fighter, and I'm a big fan, but you certainly can't go around breaking everyone elses stuff with complete disregard for their safety because you lost a fight.

As am I mistakes happen its what you do when you make them that defines the man and I'm not gonna bash rampage until I see what he does to fix his mistake.

I only charge $750/hour.

You better hope Playground members don't get picked for jury duty. As you can tell, people here are already calling for a prison sentence for the guy and they don't know jack about what's going on yet.

So, basically...you're saying this:

"You don't know the guy. But, I know the situation, so therefore, I'm right and you're wrong."

Please, give us some insight on what happened and why it happened.
