The morning after. It's when the adrenaline dies down and when reality sets in. On the morning of January 12, 2002, BJ Penn didn't like how his world had changed in the previous 12 hours. After losing a five round majority decision to Jens Pulver the night before, he knew what it was like to be on the other side, and not only didn't he like it, it threw his world into upheaval.

I like Jens a lot but I think BJ is going to smash him. I watched that special they had on the rivalry on spike last night and BJ looks in tremendous shape.

Yeah, I think the psychology playing into this may lead to his doom.

But I definitely hope not.

There are people who don't want it enough and that's not the way to think, but there are people that want it way too much for the wrong reasons. He's just interested in payback and beating up on Jens. What if Jens comes out with a huge punch at the start? All that confidence from BJ will drop and he will be demoralized.

BJ has his mind right. He's takin this one, Jens just doesnt seem like the old hungry aggressive Jens. If BJ isnt lying, and he is the best he's been, he has it. Especially at LW.

BJ will win this fight 9 out of 10 ten times. He has already lost the one 1 out of 10 so here come the next 9. If BJ is in shape and ready for the fight there is nothing that Jenny boy is going to do that will stop BJ from making him tap out..... like he would have in the first fight.
