It's neither.

In order for it to be either of those moves, Diaz would have to have his back to the opponent.

This isn't The Scorpion deathlock or The sharpshooter. (they are both the same thing.) With my wrestling expertise, I'm gonna have to say he's setting up the texas cloverleaf or he's gonna drop back into a figure-four leglock... WOOOOOOOOO!!!
