I'm new to MMA and looking for a workout that relates to the sport. I came across a workout called ESP-XC through a a google search and i'm wondering if anyone has done this workout and if so how does it compare to other MMA workouts out there.
If you want an MMA style workout, join an MMA gym. Nothing you do on your own is going to prepare you in the least.
