"“I’m very excited. Saturday can not come any sooner. I’ve been here in Seattle preparing for the last 6 weeks straight. It’s been the best training camp I’ve ever had. I finally have a coach that is going to be my perminente coach. That finally, I think, is going to make me fight to my potential and do what I’ve always planned to do. I’ve been very disappointed with my sub par performances in my UFC career so now, I’m ready." - Jorge Gurgel

Yeah, I don't know why there is so much hate for Gurgel...he is a good guy and awesome on the ground, boring fights are not one-sided.

If he wins Saturday my hate for him will grow even further since he's in the hot event. At least I won't have to watch it on the PPV.

Oh, no... We'll still see it... I almost guarantee that it'll be televised after the fact... Ever since Jorge helped Dana bury that dead hooker, he can't do a damn think wrong!!

Hell yea, im not alone!
Pre-UFC Gurgel was pretty damn good, maybe all the pressure of trying to make an exciting fight has got to him since joining the UFC. Hopefully we will see a good BJJ battle.

Pre-UFC Gurgel was pretty damn good, maybe all the pressure of trying to make an exciting fight has got to him since joining the UFC. Hopefully we will see a good BJJ battle.
Bout time someone isnt hating on him, I thought I was the only person in the world that liked Gurgel.

Not a big fan of Jorge, but I really dislike that kid Cole!! He reminds me of this kid Nate I used to beat up all the time....stupid reason to dislike a guy I haven't met I know but it is what it is.
