Nam Phan Replaces Eddie Yagin, Fights Dennis Siver at ‘UFC on FOX 5'

Ask and you shall receive. Shortly after requesting to replace fellow Asian fighter Eddie Yagin in his December 8th scrap against Dennis Siver, the UFC has granted featherweight Nam Phan (Pictured) his wish.
“if 1 azn brother falls than another must take his spot. Who wants 2 c me fight Dennis Siver? tweet 2 @ufc & @danawhite lol : ) ,” Phan tweeted to the powers that be.
It has been reported Yagin was forced to pull out of the contest after suffering a head injury during a recent practice session.

Was kind of hoping they'd put Mike Brown in there but this is a decent fight. Unfortunately I see Phan getting worked in striking department

Fun fight. Phan using his boxing, setting up his body shots, and Siver working his kicks, and hopefully landing his patented spinning body kick.

For sure. He's always entertaining and he's a great interview too (Josh and Tim interviewed him when they started their show on here).
I don't like his chances but props to Nam for stepping up on short notice. He's a badass

Nam is going to get steam rolled but Siver always looks stiff the first round. If Nam is going to do it he needs to put the pressure on quick like a Diaz bro.
