alright well i am 16 and am doing boxing(3-4x a week), folk wrestlig(6days a week), and BJJ(1-2x a week). I am planning on soon enrolling in kickboxing and most of the kids on my wrestling team also do freestyle and G-R wrestling while wrestling season is over. i also lift and do alot of cardio. do you think this is good for now? also what age do you have to be inorder for you to join a fight camp like xtreme coutore.
