MMA Cryptoquote thread for you to solve

Anybody here do Cryptoquotes? I have been doing alot of them lately to pass the time and figured I would make my own up that is MMA related.

First person to decode the message below will get "Props" from me, since I can't give away any prizes or anything. When you know what the message below says be the first to reply back to this thread with the correct message and I will send you props. Only the first person to post the message on this thread will get it.

I will give you a couple hints since this is the first one...... (I will do more if people like them, or other people can make one up and post it here for others to solve)

Hint #1 This first puzzle relates to MMA and is something people are currently talking about in the news.

Hint #2 For the Q in the puzzle, it should be a "G"

You have to decode to message. Every letter really stands for a different letter. In the first puzzle every (H is really a P) (V is really H) (F is really I) (E is really L)

Its usually easier I think to start with smaller words and/or try to figure out where the vowels are and start substituting the rest. 2 letter words almost always have a vowel and will be something like an, at, is, be.

This next puzzle is a quote from a famous fighter (Past or Present)

The only W in this puzzle should be an L
