Been watching this show on HDNet for a while now and it just keeps getting better and better, especially now that they have gone to a one hour format rather than just a half hour. Last nights show was pretty cool, had about a 10-15 minute interview with Randy Couture, and another one with Frank Shamrock talking about fighting his brother Ken.
I know many of you don't have access so I thought I would thow up a link where you can watch the episodes. They don't have this weeks episode up as of yet, but all the other episodes are up and worth checking out if you have the time.

HDNet is the best chanell on TV. MArk Cuban is the man. MMA, concerts, Dan Rather Reports, World News. He just keeps adding great content tp his chanell

I lost a lot of respect for him with "Lions for Lambs" Feel free to hate the war, but he hates the troops, IMO.

Sorry for being off topic, but I also lost respect for Cuban after that movie he put out. Horrible.

The movie isint very good I must admit. But it is very TRUE. And I don't think any American ( even if i'm canadian i know what the f*ck im talking about) can ever hate the troops man, how can u say that. U can hate Bush for sending troops, but u can't hate the troops man.

I completely agree. I thought it might get canceled after the first two episodes because they were very rough, but like you said, it keeps getting better and better. Now that it has been expanded to an hour, it is even better.

yeah, i have seen all the episodes. i like how they show highlights from small promotions in every show.
on the last episode justin mcculley said he wanted to fight fedor. it made me laugh a bit.

They now have the new episode up with the Randy interview.
