MLB 2012 Pitchers Challenge

Alright, I'm gonna try to run something here for the 1st time...
Quick Summary : Every player picks a starting MLB pitcher for a given day. The more your pitcher sucks, the more points you get. Yes, the idea is to select someone who you think is going to suck that particular day based on his lack of talent or team matchup.
Pitcher Selection : For a given day, each player will select a starting pitcher. Each player will select a different pitcher, no repeats for a particular day. Selection will be draft-based. For the first day I will do a random draw for the selection order, after that selection will be based on the previous round score (i.e. lowest score gets first pick and so on). Again, order will be based on the previous round and NOT the overall standing.
Timing/Days : Ideally I hope we can do at least 2 rounds per week, but that will depend on the numbers of MLB games combined for the number of players we get to participate here. I'm thinking 10 max so a 5 games day will work. Also, since we are using Starters As soon as I get the scores tallied for a round I'll announce the day for the next one which will be 2-4 days after the recently finished round. I can keep this rolling until the end of the regular season or until the All-Star Break, however the group decides.
Rain delays, substitutions, others : If the game you are picking from is PPD your score will be based on that pitcher next start. If your pitcher gets changed last minute you will get 2 picks (first overall and last) the next round.
Missed Pick If you miss the pick you get a 0 for that round.
Scoring The more your pitcher sucks, the more points you get.
ERA = ERA = (9*[ER/IP])
Hits = 1 point
HR = 2 points
BB = 3 points
K = -1 point
so
Total Score = (ERA + H + 2[HR] + 3[BB]) - K
Score will keep adding up round after round until the end of play. I'll set up a public google spreadsheet so everybody can keep an eye on scoring and calculations. I will also keep the updated standings here.
Winner : gets props and high fives

Same. My access to the site is extremely limited now. This is an easy enough game to keep up with.
Either that or you can just select whoever's pitching for my Cubbies that day.
