**Mirko Crocop News: Fighting Overeem And Other Updates!!!

Mirko Crocop has just accepted the challenge of Overeem, and since his training is going so well, he plans on 100% fighting at DREAM.6 in september.

very nice fight. i think cro cop will get back to his old ways in this fight and knock out overeem.

Something to push him. He is the type of fighter who has faced a who's who and needs personal motivation, I believe Alistair will give him this. It will be a very interesting fight since Mirko is facing guys like Remy Bonjasky in sparring and training with Marijan Zianovic while Alistair is with Golden Glory. I still don't believe Alistair is on the same level of striking, but Cro Cop hasn't shown what he can do since he beat Barnett so this is both of their fights to prove just where they're at right now. Should be a good one.

Should be a good fight, I think Mirko will drop him with a straight left and an uppercut and finish with GnP, but if Mirko doesnt pull the trigger like he has is his last couple fights Overeem will beat him. Should be a great fight.

excited for this one, I think if Overeem brings his gas tank he may pull this out...but thats considering we get the Cro Cop as of late.

if both come in at full potential I give it to cro cop though.

I think if Alistair bullies Cro-Cop into the corner a la Kongo, Overeem can take this. He has awesome knees, especially to the body. I wouldn't be opposed to seeing either of them win though I'll be pulling for Overeem. If Alistair wins he finally gets top 10 recognition, if Mirko wins he might have his mojo back, I'm excited.

Great fight and great timing. Alistair is on a huge upswing, and Mirko is in the middle of recovering from a huge downswing.

IMO Hunt was going to get the better of Alistair on the feet in a hurry, so I am still not convinced Alistair's standup is on Crocop's level. I also don't think Alistair will be able to pull off the same kind of nonsense submission on Crocop as he did on Hunt. Crocop by rd. 2 KO

Overeem over Cro-crap first round submission.

I think Overeem will get cro cop on the ground and submit him, but if it stays standing cro cop will k.o. him. should be a great fight

thanks for pointing that typo out by the way, I did not even notice that.

I know I've mentioned this on other forums, but I absolutely love DREAM! And God bless Mark Cuban too. I really hope the DREAM?HDNET relationship lasts a long, long time.

Can't wait for Dream 6, I'm guessing we'll see the Alverez/Hanson rematch on the same card.

I think im the winner in this fight.This should be amazing, Hopefully its the old dominate cro cop we see in this fight.

I woulda replied earlier, but i had to clean myself up after simultaneously jizzing and crying from pure joy.

I feel bad for any guy who pisses mirko off. Mirko will seriously mess allister up if hes fighting at the top of his game.

This is a fantastic opportunity for CroCop to get back on the right track, especially in Japan! However, if CroCop loses this one, I don't know if he'll be able to recover, having lost in the locale that put fear into the hearts of men.

as long as this is exciting i dont care who wins it. love cro cop but overeem is tough too. a great fight is all i want. could see either guy winning this.

Overeem has looked good as of late, and Mirko is in kind of a slump in his career. I like Mirko in this fight, but he better come in agressive like the old Mirko or I see Overeem pulling off a sub.

Should be a great fight. Mirko via TKO 2nd.

I really hope CC will win, he needs it, But if I were to bet, I'd go with
