Different culture, in Croatia guns aren't uncommon to see around. It looks like he did it at a time they knew no one else would have a gun(being in a gym with gym gear on) Not like they did it on a gun range.

I thought they were gonna beat the living shit outta that guy! LOL I still got a good laugh out of it. I've got a friend in Croatia They have a funny sense of humor there

I think i fyou listen to it again, Crocop was also testing some of the guys there as to their reaction. I think that was the training place for the cops (maybe anti-terrorist squad?)

Whether the gun had blanks or wax bullets or whatever, I don't know. But some of the guys fainted and were still unconscious after the joke was revealed.
