Middleweight Bracket: Who Should Be the Number 1 Contender?

Ok, With Franklin/Silva happening in Cincinnati at UFC 77, the question is who will be the enxt person in line to get a title shot? Do you know? No? Neither do I. So I am proposing a bracket in which 16 Middleweight Fighters are fighting to get the next title shot.

Thank you, I would LOVE to see a Terry Martin vs. Drew Mcfedries fight, I think that has a huge match-up that could be Fight of the Year type of match if it was to ever happen.

I will toss in my picks after we get some more.
I must say I do think Jason McDonald is still one of the most underrated fighters in that division.

I actually in my first bracket had Grove/McDonald as a fight, but I thought that Ed Herman vs. JMac would be a better first rounder because they are more similiar.

Also I really would love to see a Grove vs. Lutter match-up because both like to go to the ground and try to attempt submissions and it would be a great fight.

I still say that Drew McFedries vs. Terry Martin match would be incredible.

I don't care who Anderson has and has not defeated in the UFC Octagon, the problem is, who is next for the title after Franklin? If Franklin wins, then you would think Anderson would fight one of these fighters and then get an immediate rematch, but if Anderson wins, then it would have to be one of these fighters or Henderson if he drops to fight Silva.

Actually This is what I read from Matt Hughes Site
“If Rich [Franklin] looses then I would move up and fight Anderson [Silva]. I would never fight Rich.”

So Maybe we would see Hughes/Silva..

But that might not be the case so we are sticking with these 16 fighters.

Anderson might have beat Leben, Nate, Lutter and Rich but with the MW the way it is, I just wanted to see who in a bracket style type of way who would be next to get a shot at the title.
Plus I like fan Interaction so I thought it would be cool to do this since, my Open Weight Tourny got alot of love as well.

Anderson might be the best in that division, but yet even the best has a day off, and Rich might beat Silva.

We will wait and see, and for some like myself we will see live.
