McCully Misses Deadline, Kongo Fight?

There have been rumors that Justin McCully missed a deadline for an offer of a UFC 82 fight against Cheick Kongo. There's now word that the deadline has indeed passed and Kongo now will likely fight Heath Herring instead.

I know this news may be a little bit old, but there's a link to a bit more noting that McCully may not even be ready to fight again until May (recovering from injuries).
